Collect information from Parents and Students

Every school, no matter what its size, must periodically collect information from its students, teachers and parents. Traditionally, this information was submitted on paper.

However, there is now faster, more efficient ways for schools to collect and manage the data they need for day-to-day operations, through their school website.

The examples below are just a small sample of the forms that have been created using School Jotter software:

Newsletter Application Form - This form is designed to make school newsletters easier for community members to request and easier for your school to process.

Vacancy Form - This form, complete with CV upload, lets prospective teachers apply for jobs quickly and easily and allows senior staff to manage the applications electronically.

Comments Feature - This feature provides visitors with the opportunity to leave encouraging feedback next to student's work, or comment on school events attended. Comments can be attached to specific pictures, podcasts or videos or just be attached to a webpage.

Events Form - This form is designed to collect details of people wishing to attend an event you are hosting. This could be anything from a parents evening to a fundraising concert.

Absence Forms - This form enables parents to submit details of their child's absence through the school website, once submitted the administrator will receive an email notice of the submitted form, which they can view or download.
