Welcome to School Jotter

This document will serve as a guide to what happens next, what we need from you and what you can expect from us. We are committed to ensuring that your new School Jotter site is developed to a high standard and in a timely fashion. You can use this as a checklist as we go along.

What we need from you on consultation

Week 1: In the first week, we’ll need you to send us various items of information, including:

bullet image If you have not already done so, please ensure we have the correct contact details for the person at the school who will be the main point of contact for this project.
bullet image Please provide us with a date and time that we can schedule the online training (1 hour).
bullet image If required, any content you would like uploading to the site including images, documents etc. (these can be e-mailed to: content@webanywhere.co.uk).
bullet image A new structure for the website (if required).
bullet image Please prepare to speak to your domain name provider to request moving your domain name to the new School Jotter. (You may want to do this 2 weeks before you are ready to get the website live).

What we’ll do

Week 1:

bullet image A consultation to provide you with information and for us to gain the required information.
bullet image Set up your account and provide you with the log in details.
bullet image Begin publishing content to your site if required.

Week 2:

bullet image Training will occur (if arranged for this week).
bullet image We’ll complete content publishing your site.

Week 3:

bullet image Your domain name provider should be working on the domain name change. If not completed in week 2, training will occur.
bullet image You will begin to add content to your site ready to get it live.
bullet image The website is now deemed delivered.

Week 4:

bullet image Your site will go live on the Internet
bullet image Your account manager will call you to check that you are happy with your new School Jotter.
