School Jotter Website Case Study

The Holy Family School Keighley approached Webanywhere in May 2014 to look at the possibilities of re-vamping their existing website. At the time, Ian Burrows, Technical Evangelist, expressed his concerns about their existing site. Firstly, the way the site came across to the end-users was no longer appropriate. The design did not reflect the school’s values and successes and it didn't present the image the school wanted to portray. Secondly, the back-end CMS was complex and outdated meaning that, even the simplest task of keeping the system up-to-date was challenging.

Project Details

Webanywhere spent time with Ian Burrows and other stakeholders at the school to understand their underlying issues, their objectives and the tangible results they wanted from the new website. Their main goal was for the site to be fresh and clean whilst maintaining a professional image.

They wanted to 'push the boundaries of the usual school website'. Internally, Webanywhere put a project management team in place and ensured that excellent communication between the design, development and account management teams was upheld at all times. This resulted in a fantastic website delivered on time and on budget.
