TASK Library

Toys Adapted for Switched on Kids

The TASK library has been specifically set up to encourage the development of communication skills in children with special educational needs.

Our TASK library consists of high street toys that have been adapted for switch users. The library has approximately 400 toys and is free to use for all children and students age 0-19 years.

The TASK library was set up six years ago by Anne Jennings our Communications Manager. Anne raised funds tirelessly to ensure the library was an inclusive and comprehensive resource. Anne continues to fund raise to ensure the library continues to develop. We are grateful for all donations and to the many volunteers who ensure the library is a continued success.

The T.A.S.K library is open every Tuesday 10.00am –12.00 noon and 1.00pm– 3.00pm by appointment only.

Children and students should be referred via their teacher, social worker, parent or carer.
