Karate

Karate is an optional extra at Eden with a substantial following of really keen karatekas. The club is run by one of South Africa's top-ranked competitors and coaches, Mr Sonny Pillay. Regular grading sessions are held and the Eden competitors fair extremely well on these occasions. A number of pupils have represented South Africa at international competitions in countries such as Mautitius and Greece.
