At Whitehill Community Academy we are here to serve the pupils, their families and the community and we always strive to make our school a centre of learning excellence for all. We are very proud of our award winning school and as a result of this we are extremely popular. We are a fully extended school providing excellent childcare in our 96 place out of school club which is called 'The Zone' - this provides before and after school childcare and we also open during the holidays. We are also proud to host the Illingworth Children's Centre, the North Halifax Learning Support Unit and the Calderdale Key Stage two Pupil referral unit.

The children have made a fantastic start to the school year and we are moving forwards in all areas of school life.
