Parracombe School is a Voluntary Controlled Church of England School for children aged 4 – 11. It is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Parracombe, situated close to the attractive coastline of North Devon and within the Exmoor National Park.

At Parracombe School, we aim to provide our children with an outstanding, broad and balanced education which is closely informed by the National Curriculum and based on Christian principles. This enables our children to ‘achieve well’ through ‘memorable experiences’ (Ofsted, January 2011).

Sadly Parracombe School burnt down on the night of September 20th 2011. Fortunately no-one was hurt, however the main school building was destroyed by the fire. The children are now educated in a large purpose built classroom next to the the school garden. We are looking forward to our school being rebuilt in the coming year.
