Absence in Term Time Form

 Based solely on a child’s educational needs Lethbridge Primary School does not endorse the removal of a child from education to go on holiday.

 Therefore, absences for holidays will not be approved until 4 weeks prior to the requested date and will be at the discretion of the Headteacher and will only be approved if your child’s attendance is above 90% at this point.
