Visitors and Events

March 2013: World Maths Day. This year, we celebrated World Maths Day at Peatmoor by having a whole morning of Maths activities. We swapped teachers around so that the children could experience a wide range of activities including shape and pattern, code breaking and number puzzles. During the day, the children also took part in a Number Treasure Hunt - it was a great day!

We hope you enjoyed it!

Extreme Read Competition - Sept 10

Over the summer holidays we once again ran our Extreme Read Competition. We wanted to know the most unusual place the children could find to read a book. So we set them the challenge of having a photo taken of themselves doing just that.
Our winning entries were from S. in Yr1 (KS1) and J. in Yr6 (KS2).
A big thank you to everyone who took part and well done to all!
