Rugby

Our tag rugby team receive excellent coaching from Phil Wilson, a member of Baildon Rugby Club, in order to prepare themselves for all events.

2011/2012: 

Sandal Primary entered a Tag Rugby Tournament at Baildon Rugby Club, organised by the Beckfoot Sports Partnership. The team performed amazingly well, winning 4 out of 5 games, qualifying for the Bradford Finals. The finals were held at Bradford Bulls on the 28th of May.  All children performed superbly and we eventually finished runners up in the Plate competition behind Thackley Primary School. Many thanks to Phil Wilson for coaching superbly the children this term.
