Badminton

Our badminton club on Friday afternoon is extremely popular, thanks largely to the coaching skills and expertise of Peter Brook. We are the only Primary school who compete in the Bradford U13 league.

It is with deep sadness that we must communicate the sudden death of Peter Brook during the summer holidays.  We offer our sincere condolences to this family at this very sad time. Peter was a wonderful person and he will be greatly missed by everyone at Sandal, especially the pupils, both current and leavers.

2011/2012:

This season, we have performed magnificently against a number of secondary schools, including Bradford Grammar, Hanson and Oakbank. The highlight of the season was the away victory against Titus Salt School, a fantastic achievement. In May Sandal Primary were victorious against Laisterdyke School. Strong performances from Heather, Sam, Joe, George, Barney and Jack on debut, secured a well deserved 6-3 victory
