Breakfast and After School Clubs

Our very popular Breakfast Club continues to go from strength to strength.  A healthy breakfast is followed by opportunities to take part in craft activities, puzzles, outdoor play to name just a few examples.   Currently running from 7.45 to 8.45 am every morning, we will be opening from 7.30 am in September 2012 at the request of parents/carers who need a little more time to get to work in the morning.

Our After School Club is nearing the end of its first successful year and we still have space for more children to take part in an exciting range of activities with the added bonus of a light tea - eg beans on toast, spaghetti.  Children also have the opportunity to make cakes, scones, bread rolls etc which they can then eat.

Sessions are led by qualified Play Leaders who have relevant first aid and food hygiene qualifications.  Both Clubs are open to all children who attend Castle Primary School, including those in our Early Years 3+ (Nursery) Class.

Taster sessions are available.  We are also able to offer one-off sessions at short notice should the need arise (eg a hospital appointment, job interview, etc).  Please contact the Office for more details.
