Gymnastics

Our gymnastics club on Friday mornings, teaches children a wide range of beginners, intermediate and advanced skills. Our club is run superbly by Carol Drinkall from Saltaire Gym Club. The children learn complicated routines, which are often showcased in school and in competitions throughout the country. Last year, our team finished 5th in a national competition in Stoke-on-Trent.

On the 8th May our gymnasts competed in the local inter-schools gymnastics competition.

Results:

Y3/4 Singles= 2nd place- Amber, 1st place- Ellie- May

Y3/4 Pairs= 3rd place- Rosie and Isabel

Y5/6 Singles= 1st place- Isobel

Gabbie, Hannah and Holly all recieved medals for their displays and all participants were given a medal for taking part.
