As a Level 1 Rights Respecting School, Waycroft has encorporated the RRS philosophy into school life for the last three years.

Our Charters

Charters are an important part of RRS philosophy.  As we are a Rights Respecting School, we believe that charters should be written by the staff and children together to decide how we should behave in school.  We have individual charters for each year group and a Whole School Charter, which the whole school has agreed to follow.  In addition, the SMSAs and the children helped to create our playtime and lunctime charter.
