Chill Out Club - GSAL
Children's Corner GSAL offers an after school care facility for chilren attending both the Alwoodley and Rose Court sites. We also offer holiday club during the Easter and Summer holidays, both holiday clubs are open to all children.
After School Care
Our After School care facility operates from 3.30pm until 6pm Monday to Friday. We are based in the art area of the junior school and have access to all the outdoor facilities. We have a wide range of toys and equipment including role play, games and jigsaws, table football and a Nintendo Wii. We have a room which is for use by children who wish to do their homework in peace.
Children attending from Rose Court will be escourted from the shuttle bus down to the after school care facility. The shuttle bus facility need to be booked through school. Junior school pupils may come onto after school care following their extra curricular activities.
We provide a light snack around 4.30pm, this may include beans with bread, sandwiches, pitta pockets or crackers, a piece of fruit and milk or water. Children attending extra curricular activities before coming to after school care will have some snack saved for them and this will be served as soon as they arrive.
No child will ever be turned away from after school care, however we do operate a termly booking system. By booking and paying in advance you will receive a reduced booking rate, alternatively for those one off sessions, if you give us 24hours notice we will invoice you at the end of term.

Holiday Club - Chill Out Club
Our holiday club is very popular. We run a holiday club during the Easter holidays and the first 6 weeks of the summer holidays. Please visit www.gsal.org.uk for the exact dates.
Our holiday club is run onsite at GSAL, we accept children from schools across Leeds, anybody is more than welcome to come and join in the fun. We split our children into two age groups, our mini chill out for children from nursery to year 1 (3 to 7 years) and our chill out for children from year 1 to year 8 (7 - 13 years).
Both groups of children enojoy age appropriate art and craft activities, alongside free play and some much needed chill out time. Due to the number of children we can accommodate we stay on site at all times, to ensure children are getting access to a wide range of experiences we bring outside entertainers in. We enjoy workshops in dance, martial arts, cookery, animals and art to name but a few. We also have access to the swimming pool onsite and swim twice a week.
Children are required to bring a packed lunch and a water bottle, we provide a morning and afternoon snack of fresh fruit. We operate from Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm.

8.30 - 4.30 - £26 (£21 for siblings)
8.30 - 5.30 - £31 (£26 for siblings)
The extra hour can be booked on an adhoc basis and we just ask parents to pay for this on the day. We do offer full week booking discounts, more details of this are on the booking form.
We unfotunately do not offer any half day rates, however we do not have strict attendance times you can arrive as late as you like and leave as early as you wish. We just ask you let a member of staff know in the morning if you will collect early so we can ensure your child is ready.
