PTFA Fundraising

PTFA APRIL 2013 UPDATE

Hi All,

I just wanted to put a couple of reminders together as we have another busy month raising money for much needed ICT equipment and we really do need your support.

Raffle Tickets

Each family received a book of raffle tickets last week.  There is £10 of raffle tickets in each book and it would be great if each family could sell a book.  The raffle will be drawn on Friday 17th May and there are some great prizes.  Last year the raffle made £1090.00  and it would be great if we could raise even more this year.  If you would like any more raffle tickets please pick some up from the office or a PTFA member.  If you are really unable to sell your tickets please drop them back off with your class teacher or a PTFA member so we can still use the tickets as we have had to pay for them to be printed. Please can all tickets be returned by Wednesday 15th May.

The Ball

The Ball is on Friday 17th May and there are still tables available, please do come along it is an absolutely fabulous evening and it is a great way to support your school while having a great evening yourself.  We have also been supported by lots of local businesses this year to enable us to ensure we have a fun filled evening.

Click here for the menu, if you could return it to Steff Harrison, myself or the office that would be great.

Thanks again for your continued support which we really do need.

On the 23rd March 2013 Ant Walker is running the Coniston 14 to raise money for your PTFA.

The Coniston 14 is probably the most beautiful road race in Britain. Each year it attracts some 1600 runners and has a reputation for being one of the best organised small races in the country. The Race is organised by an enthusiastic committee of volunteers from Coniston village. It is a 14 mile run around the circumference of Lake Coniston.

To raise money for the PTFA  you can log onto the website below and guess Ant's finishing time. It is £3 per guess, £2.50 will be donated to the PTFA and 50p goes into the prize fund. The person with the closest guess to Ant's finish time will receive the prize fund.
