Welcome to Robinswood Primary School (Academy)

Sorry but we are continuing to have a lot of difficulty with our website which will take us some time to repair.

During the holidays we have replaced the floor in the KS2 section of the school and decorated throughout, which makes the whole area much better.

Many thanks to all those staff, children, parents and members of the community who helped to make the end of term so successful and enjoyable.

Once again the standards achieved by pupils has been outstanding but this is not just due to the emphasis put upon these areas of learning but the understanding that children need a range of opportunities and activities. So thanks to all those who put together events such as the KS2 activity days, the school show, the craft fayre, PTA fun evening, hobbies day, school prom and Leavers Service for yr6.

Make sure you visit the PTA tab on the left for pictures of events as the new term develops.

Details of the school year, including holidays, can be found by clicking on the School Calendar section on the left. This will be updated throughout the year.

Take a look at the links and documents sections for ideas on supporting your child's learning.

In the meantime click on the link below!! It is relevant to our children and provokes thought and discussion around what schools should be looking at.

On 1st April 2011 we changed status to become an Academy School. There are details on site but if you want more information of why we have taken this move, please feel free to contact us.

Go to the links button for up to date ideas regarding on-line safety. For a variety of newsletters click on the News button.

Term dates for 2011-12 can be found in the Calendar section on the left.

Click on the Teams button on the left and go to the Junior Wardens sections to view some of their recent activities, including a tubing activity as part of their rewards scheme.

By clicking on the links you also, in some cases, open up access to other pages which you can see alongside the main page. We hope, for example that the year group section will prove very useful to showcase what the children are doing as well as keeping you in touch.

Another innovation which you may find useful is the the attendance section which contains a form which you can download, complete and return to us either by hand or electronically. We will also be adding to this during the year.
