Collective Worship & Religious Education


The school was founded by a church trust to provide religious education and worship for children in accordance with the principles and practice of the Church of England. Religious education is provided in accordance with the locally agreed syllabus. As a church school, collective worship is very important and children take part in an act of worship every day. Parents have the right to withdraw their children from religious education and collective worship.

All church schools regularly undergo a SIAS inspection to evaluate the distinctivness and effectiveness of the school as a church school. Our most recent inspection took place in March 2013.  Click the link to read the report:
