Partnerships with Parents We recognise how important it is for you to feel happy and secure in leaving your child at Nursery to attend work, and that this may not always be an easy process. However we work hard to ensure that the time spent away from you is recorded and communicated fully to aid in bridging this gap. Throughout your child's time at the Nursery we will work within close partnership with you, establishing effective communication and trusting relationships, ensuring both parties work as a team to meet the needs of your precious little ones. Our ultimate aim within Little Angels is to work in harmony with all families, ensuring all children leave as happy, healthy, individuals, equipped to face the challenges of school and later life. Our commitment We are commited to keeping you informed in line with your child's progress in the following ways; A daily diary for under 2's telling you about your child's day in Nursery; including what and how much they ate, when they slept, their nappy changes, the activities they have done and the general feel of the day. A parents boards in the entrance hall. Regular newsletters with information about developments and upcoming events at the Nursery. Parents evening where you can have a more in-depth chat with the team who look after your child, and an opportunity for you to speak and get to know other parents. An open door policy where we are always happy to chat. All of our management team are contactable on e-mail at info@littleangelscardiff.co.uk Complaints We value all feedback from parents and service users to assist us in continuously improving our service and quality of care. We have an open door policy where parents are encouraged to voice and discuss any issues of dissatisfaction. Should you wish to make a more formal complaint we have a fully comprehensive complaints policy and procedure available for you within the parent's handbook. |

Policies Here at Little Angels Nursery we have an extremely high standard within all aspects and areas of the Nursery. We ensure that all staff are fully aware of these standards and work to maintain them. To ensure that all staff and parents are aware of these standards we have constructed a number of Policies and Procedures within all aspects of the Nursery running. You, as parents, are able to download these on the Policies and Procedures page or please request a paper copy from the Nursery. These are reviewed anually and revisedaccordingly, the updated copies are all available to view and print below. Should you have any questions or concerns in line with any of the Nursery Policies, please speak to the Nursery Manager or Deputy at your earliest convenience, where she will be more than happy to discus and answer any questions. |
