Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a school dinner for my child?
Dinner money is paid on Mondays. If your child has school dinners the correct amount should be brought in an envelope bearing your child's name and noting the days you wish to have a dinner.
 
What if my child is absent?
Please send us a letter to explain your child's absence if he/she has been away or is going to the dentist or doctor. If you have to take a leave of absence during term-time, please ask for a  form from the school secretary at least one month before.

When should my child arrive at school?
All children should arrive on the premises between 8:40-8:55am. 

Where should I go if I visit the school?
All parents and children should enter the school via the gates situated in Greenways. Visitors and parents helping within the school, should report to the office, sign the visitors' book and get appropraite label/lanyard.
 
What if my child is late?
If your child is brought into school late for any reason, please report to the school office.

What should I do if I need to take my child out of school for any reason?
If you need to take your child out of school for any reason, please make sure you notify the class teacher/secretary by ringing the office or sending a note into school. On taking your child out of school, please collect your child  from the school office.
