Sean Gilligan – Founder & CEO
Sean Gilligan is the founder and CEO of Webanywhere, a leading provider of education technology and e-learning solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in the education technology industry, and is recognised as a visionary leader in the field. With a strong background in software development, Gilligan is known for his ability to identify and capitalise on emerging trends and technologies in the industry. He has successfully grown Webanywhere into a global company, with a presence in more than 3 countries worldwide.
Gilligan is a graduate of the University of York, where he studied Chemistry. He is also a frequent speaker at education technology conferences and events, sharing his insights on the latest trends and innovations in the field.
Terry Sweeney – Non Executive
Terry Sweeney is a highly accomplished business leader with a proven track record of success. He is the former CEO of RM plc, a leading provider of education technology and solutions. Under Sweeney’s leadership, RM plc experienced significant growth and expansion, solidifying its position as a major player in the industry. Sweeney has a deep understanding of the education technology market and is known for his strategic vision and ability to drive innovation. Prior to his tenure at RM plc, he held various leadership roles in the technology industry, gaining valuable experience and expertise.
Terry has a diverse range of qualifications in the fields of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Business Administration and Management. He obtained his BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from City, University of London between 1985 – 1989. He later went on to pursue his MBA from Oxford Brookes University between 1993 – 1996. To further enhance his management skills, he attended the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2007. With such a strong educational background, Terry Sweeney is a highly qualified and skilled professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in his field.
Following on from RM plc Terry has held several leadership positions throughout his career, including Executive Director at Wilmington plc, where he was responsible for managing professional services division.
He then moved on to be the CEO at Epigium, where he successfully led the company and sold it to Oxford University Press. Terry as CEO at Insendi, led the company and sold it to Study Group.
Claire Morritt – Education Director
Claire Morritt is a highly experienced professional in the field of recruitment and education operations. She has worked for several leading companies in this sector, including Hays Education and Badenoch and Clark. With over a decade of experience in recruitment, Claire has developed a deep understanding of the education sector and the various challenges that organizations face in attracting and retaining the best talent.
At Hays Education, Claire served as a recruitment consultant, where she was responsible for sourcing and placing top-quality education professionals across the UK. Her exceptional talent acquisition skills and dedication to building strong relationships with candidates and clients quickly made her a valued member of the team.
Following her successful stint at Hay Education, Claire joined Badenoch and Clack, where she continued to hone her recruitment expertise. She was responsible for managing the recruitment process for multiple clients, ensuring that they were able to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
With her extensive knowledge of the education sector and her passion for helping organizations succeed, Claire decided to set up her own business. In 2017, she founded MumsAnywhere.com, an innovative online platform that connects skilled professionals with flexible job opportunities. The platform focuses on supporting mothers who are looking for a work-life balance that allows them to pursue their careers while raising a family.
As Education Director at School Jotter, Claire is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the education operations, from talent acquisition to customer experience and sales and marketing. She is committed to providing top-quality service to clients and candidates alike, helping them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Sam Dixon – MAT Manager
With over 9 years of experience at School Jotter, Sam Dixon has become a go-to person for all things related to education technology. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field, which he uses to help schools implement the latest technological advancements in their curriculum. Sam is dedicated to ensuring that the schools he works with have the best tools to improve their students’ learning experiences.
Anna Fielding – MAT Manager
Anna Fielding is a specialist education account manager. Anna has worked closely with schools and MATs over a number of years. Supporting and consulting on digital strategy and products to help streamline and improve practices and to find the best-fit solutions to meet specific needs. Anna’s in-depth understanding of the education industry has helped her build lasting relationships. She is committed to delivering a personalised service with integrity and transparency that ensure schools and MATs get the most out of their investments in education technology.
Karolina Swirydowicz – Project Manager
