Salary: up to £17,000 per annum

The main duties are to assist the customer in the implementation/delivery of the products that they have purchased. You will be working with Webanywhere products including Content Management Systems, Virtual Learning Environments and Management Integration Systems.

Working within the delivery team, you will work closely with a sales account manager and have your own territory with customer accounts. You will be required to manage these accounts and prioritise your time effectively. You will provide a high level of efficiency, speed and good service to maximise customer satisfaction and promote future sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Responding to customers via live chat, email and telephone
  • Scheduling training sessions with clients
  • Consulting with the customer to build art specifications and to assess general needs/requirements for website content
  • Advising the customer on designs and website best practice, working to keep within SLA’s
  • Managing go-live process, setting sites live and domain name changes
  • Acting as a first point of contact for minor complaints
  • Occasionally publishing content onto websites
  • Promoting additional products to customers and liaising with sales to ensure any such opportunities are followed up
  • Reaching and exceeding targets set

The package

  • Salary negotiable, dependant on experience to £17,000 per annum.

An entrepreneurial international business based in Leeds City Centre (Next to Trinity shopping complex) is looking to recruit within their finance department the role of Accounts Assistant to assist the Financial Controller and Financial Director.

You will be part of a professional, experienced finance team with varied duties to include, bank postings and reconciliations, payroll, purchase ledger support, travel booking as well as adhoc duties.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 2 years plus relevant accounts experience.
  • Ideally have experience of using Sage 50 Accounts, Quickbooks or equivalent systems.
  • Have all round accounts experience within a small to medium business, covering Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger (including raising invoices) and Payroll.
  • Have strong IT skills with experience of using and utilising spreadsheets.
  • Have strong attention to detail and will be able to manage their own workload and prioritise.
  • Experience of undertaking adhoc projects to identify issues and make recommendations to managers.

The remuneration package will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications and skills.

The role is Full-time, with an 8am start and an annual salary of £20,000.
