School Jotter of the Week: Triangle C of E Primary School

Published: December 20, 2013

The fluttering butterflies on Triangle C of E Primary School website entice you into the site and bring an element of fun and character.

The ‘School Building’ section displays in detail the modernisation of the school. With both text and images you can see how the building has evolved from the start of the work to its completion. This provides fantastic documentation for future generations and will show previous students how the school is changing and adapting.

At Triangle they like to be green. The ‘Eco Schools’ page shows how a group of four Year Six pupils, the ‘Eco Warriors’, are working to create a green school. They have been so successful, they have been named the greenest school in Calderdale. Details of their achievements and activities can be found on this page.

The childrens section of the site is excellent, as it not only shows off work that each class have been working on, but also provides a ‘Game Zone’. This area provides educational games specialising in subject. It also includes Webanywhere products Mathsanywhere, Spellanywhere and Frenchanywhere, that are personalised with the schools own spelling or sum lists.
